Termeric is a spice which is very helpful in curing sore throat.
Termeric or haldi is one of nature`s most powerful healers .Best known for its anti-inflammatory properties.Its natural antiseptic and antibacterial agent.
Recent research has revealed that haldi is a natural wonder-- it can cure sore throat, cancer, arthritis,lung infections and so many other health problems.
I got very bad throat infection this month and had lots of medicines but three days i had milk and haldi and now i am fine.

declutter your home

clutter means--- lot of objects that are not tidy or well organised. According to fengshui,every corner of our house is very important.Blocking the flow of positive energy or chi in any of these directions creates a barrier towards the progress.
Clutter does not just occupy space it also disturbs our minds.Old clothes,cosmetics--which we are not using,old magazines,expired food items,medicines,utencils,electrical appliances,old note books greeting cards and letters-------these are some very common clutter normally may be found in various rooms in our home.
Once a month we should declutter our home.It is must.
When we discard clutter and organise home we will feel positive energy in the environment.
Everyday we need pure energy,good health, progress and lots of happiness.

wt loss---eat correct!

The best way to lose wt is eat correct.------yes! we should learn to pick out the best food from our dailydiet and use them for our new eating habits.
Trying to lose wt on a specific diet gives us message that it will end one day,when a diet ends many people gain all the wt lost. Salads are one of the best food for losing wt but make sure that you are not adding mayonnaise or guacamule. because this will add high calories in your salad. Baked potatoes with baked beans is another very good low cal food. Eat a little protein with each meal or snack. because protein is v good food for our body and proteins ability to suppress appetite. Our food should be high in fiber.
Four Groups of food------(1)breads,rice,cereals,noodles,grains
(2)legumes-peas,beans,lentils
(3)vegetables
(4)nuts and seeds
Tips to cut calories------have fresh fruits everyday,choose water instead of soft drinks,load up fiber,eliminate starchy foods,choose whole grain.
